Season: March 23rd until about November 21st
In Sicily, a fabulous practice spot awaits you, with a huge shallow area, excellent wind conditions and Mediterranean temperatures. You kitesurf and wingfoil in water that only comes up to your hips and with lots of space for your first attempts. KBC Sicily has the only sandy beach at the entire kitesurf lagoon!
Stay at the charming Villa Vajarassa, the bed&breakfast surrounded by vineyards, perfect for evening get-togethers with kindred spirits at the long table in the courtyard. We recommend a rental car for greater mobility and exploring the colourful life of Sicily that lies beyond the world of kitesurfing.
Kitesurfing and wingfoiling in water that is no deeper than hip-deep and plenty of space, staying overnight at Villa Vajarassa in the middle of the vineyards, and exploring Sicily flexibly with a rental car. Fantastic bays, historic towns, wineries, and Italian cuisine—and all just a 2-hour flight away.
See you soon in Bella Italia!

Wind statistics
The wind usually comes from the northwest (70%). This is sideshore at our beach. It is also thermally reinforced. However, the lagoon also works with all other wind directions and is independent of the tides. The forecasts from Windfinder and Windguru tend to be accurate, but experience shows that there is usually 2-10 knots more wind here. The best wind months are from April to the end of November. In the summer months of July and August, there is a daily thermal wind that starts at noon.
What our guests say
Based on 131 reviews
I was there for two weeks in September. A very dedicated and relaxed team. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I'll be back next year 👍
I spent three days kitesurfing at KBC Sicily in June. The team is always very attentive, friendly, and helpful! I had a great time there and received great support on the beach, so I would recommend it to everyone.
