We are particularly looking for kitesurfing and wingfoil instructors to teach at KBC Holland for the entire season from April to October 2026.

We are looking for kitesurfing and wingfoil instructors in Hindeloopen for the entire season from April through October 2027.

Your responsibilities:

• At KBC Holland, you’ll be a wingfoil and/or kitesurfing instructor as part of a strong, experienced team of wingfoil and kitesurfing instructors, interns, and the station manager. You’ll work at a modern kite center with a permanent location in Hindeloopen at the Hindeloopen campsite.
• The focus of your responsibilities will be on training beginner and intermediate wingfoilers and kitesurfers in small groups of up to 6 students in the standing area, in accordance with VDWS standards.
• You’ll assist with all tasks related to the kite center and kitesurfing courses. These include, for example, kitesurfing courses (preparation, execution, and follow-up), equipment distribution, organization, and maintenance; preparing kites for instruction; office work; cleanup; and more.
• You will independently run events and camps and, on days with little wind, accompany training groups to alternative sports activities such as wakeboarding and SUP tours.

Your Profile - What You Bring to the Table:

• You’re confident in handling a kite. But you enjoy teaching others the sport just as much.
• You already have experience teaching kitesurfing.
• You know how to wingfoil or are willing to learn and teach wingfoiling.
• You speak German fluently and, ideally, English as well, and can speak freely and confidently in front of large groups.
• You can adapt the lesson content to suit the audience at any time.
• You are a licensed VDWS or IKO kite instructor.
• You have a business license and your own VAT number.
• You are very reliable, never keep your team or students waiting, and are a team player.
• You spread a positive vibe, are in a good mood, and can motivate those around you.
• You bring a lot of creativity, a high degree of initiative, and a willingness to take responsibility.
