We are looking for windsurf instructors for our KBC Center in Hindeloopen at the IJsselmeer, located directly behind the dike.

Your tasks:

At KBC Holland, you work as a windsurf instructor within a strong and experienced team of wingfoil and kite instructors, interns, and station managers. You will be based at a modern windsurf center with a permanent location in Hindeloopen at Campingplatz Hindeloopen.

Your main focus is teaching beginner and intermediate windsurf students in small groups of up to 6 participants, in shallow water and according to VDWS standards.

You support all daily tasks around the windsurf center and the courses, such as course preparation, teaching and follow-up, equipment distribution, organization and maintenance, preparing gear for lessons, office duties, tidying up, and other operational tasks.

On low-wind days, you may also accompany interested students to alternative sports activities such as wakeboarding or SUP tours.

Your profile – what you bring:

• You are confident in windsurf handling and have a strong passion for teaching the sport to others.
• You already have teaching experience in windsurfing.
• You speak fluent German and ideally also English, and you feel comfortable speaking in front of larger groups.
• You are able to adapt your teaching content to different students and levels at any time.
• You are a licensed VDWS or IKO instructor.
• You are highly reliable, punctual with your team and students, and a true team player.
• You spread positive energy, have a great attitude and know how to motivate the people around you.
• You bring creativity, a high level of initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
