Join our team and work at one of the most beautiful kitesurf and watersports destinations in the Mediterranean – right at the lagoon, just a few meters from the water, with the perfect beach vibe.

As part of our Beach Bar team, you will be responsible for providing warm hospitality to our guests in the center and bar area.
You will ensure a relaxed atmosphere, delicious drinks, small snacks, and an all-around pleasant stay.

Your tasks will include:

• Preparing and selling drinks, coffee specialties, and small snacks
• Guest care, reception, and service-oriented communication
• Supporting cash register and merchandise management (including reordering)
• Maintaining and cleaning the bar, lounge, and seating areas
• Contributing to a friendly, open, and international atmosphere
• Support with internal events, sundowner sessions, and specials

You are an important part of the guest experience—from the first coffee to the last sundowner cocktail.

Your Profile

• You enjoy working with people in an international and active environment
• Experience in bar, café, restaurant or service is a plus, but not required
• You speak English confidently; additional languages are welcome
• You are reliable, friendly, responsible and a team player
• You work clean, organised and bring a proactive service mindset
• You identify with a positive, beach-lifestyle attitude
