Kitesurf Instructor Jobs

KBC Limnos is the kite & wingfoil centre at the big kite bay of Limnos. We are happy to put together a highly motivated team of kitesurfing instructors and you are part of it! We are currently putting together our team of around 5 kitesurfing instructors, 4 interns and 1 office manager for the 2024 season.

a) from June 1st - September 30th, 2024 or for the period
b) from July 1st - August 30th, 2024.

• At KBC Limnos you are a kite instructor and / or wingfoil instructor in a strong, experienced team of kite instructors and station manager.
• The focus of your tasks is the training to IKO standard of kitesurfing beginners and advanced in private and double private lessons and in small groups of 4 students in the large standing area in the kite bay of KBC Limnos.
• You help with all tasks that arise around the kite center and kitesurfing courses. These are e.g. kite courses (preparation, implementation & follow-up), material distribution, organization and maintenance, preparation of the kites for the training, clean-up work and more.
• You accompany training groups on windless days to alternative sports such as SUP tours, if necessary also excursions and dinners.

• You have an European passport
• You kite and are very confident in kitehandling.
• You have already training experience in kitesurfing.
• You speak fluent English, German and other languages and can speak freely and without inhibitions even in front of larger groups.
• You can adapt the teaching content at any time to suit the target audience.
• You are a licensed IKO kite instructor.
• You are very reliable, never keep your team and your students waiting and are a team player.
• You spread positive mood, are in a good mood and can motivate your environment and entertain the guests and students very well.
• You bring a lot of creativity, high initiative and willingness to take responsibility.

• You will work at a modern kite center with a fixed location, directly on the kite beach with associated hotel with large private beach, pool, attached bar and restaurant
