Kitesurf Instructor Jobs

Become part of our team and support one of the most beautiful kite centers in the Mediterranean – located directly at the lagoon, just a few meters from the water.

As part of the Beach Crew, you assist our team in day-to-day operations and ensure a safe, organised and smooth workflow at the beach and in the material area. Your tasks include:

• Assisting with kite launching and landing
• Handling, organising and maintaining kitesurf equipment
• Preparing equipment for lessons
• Setup and takedown of the center area and maintaining cleanliness
• Supporting logistics and daily routines

This position is the ideal first step for anyone who wants to turn their hobby into a profession – the entry path toward becoming an Assistant Instructor or Instructor.

Your Profile

• You are passionate about kitesurfing & watersports
• You speak fluent English, additional languages are a plus
• You are reliable, responsible and a team player
• You bring positive energy, motivation and a friendly attitude
• You show initiative, creativity and are eager to develop further
