Surf courses on Sal

We offer surf courses for beginners, advanced and professionals. With qualified instructors and modern equipment, all equipment is included in the price of the lesson. The meeting point for the lessons is at our school.

The lesson times depend on the tides and therefore vary daily. We always teach at high tide as the surf spot is a reef break, which means that there are rocks under the water. Hightide means that the lessons are much safer and more fun!!!

The minimum age for surf lessons is 8 years old.
All participants must be able to swim at a high level in deep water.

We recommend 1 hour at a time as it is very physically demanding. It is easier to wear the swimwear under your clothes (quicker and easier to put on the wetsuit).

It is also easier if you come with sunscreen already on.
Please bring water and a towel.
If you have your own wetsuit shoes, bring them. You can also rent shoes at the center.
