Kitesurf Instructor Jobs

Your tasks:

• Become part of a great beach club, the only sandy beach on the lagoon of Lo Stagnone in Sicily. The bar and reception is connected to the KBC Kite and Wingfoil School, which is run by a young, committed team with an exceptionally good working atmosphere. For the coming season we are looking for you as a service person (m/f/d).
• at KBC Sicily you work in a great team of of kitesurf and wingfoil instructors, a front office manager and interns. You work at a modern water sports centre with a fixed location, the newly built centre directly on the watersports lagoon with a large private beach, the only sandy beach on the lagoon.
• You are the figurehead of the centre, because our guests meet you first and you are the first point of contact for our guests - in German, English and other foreign languages.
• An honest enquiry about the well-being of our guests is a matter of course for you, as is the quick resolution of any complaints.

Your profile:

• You are fluent in German and English, and can speak freely and without inhibition in front of larger groups.
• You are very reliable, never keep your team waiting and you are a team player.
• You spread a positive mood, are in a good mood and can motivate your environment and entertain the guests and students very well.
• You bring a lot of creativity, a high level of initiative and a willingness to take responsibility.
