Caso haja um dia sem vento ou um dia com vento excessivo acima dos 25 nós, realizaremos em conjunto atividades alternativas, tais como sessões teóricas, stand-up paddle, um programa desportivo alternativo, conhecimentos sobre o equipamento e auto-resgate. As atividades estão incluídas no preço do evento. Por isso, não emitimos vouchers para dias sem vento nos eventos.
Atenção: Os nossos eventos dependem do grupo e estão concebidos para um mínimo de 3 participantes. Normalmente, participam entre 4 e 12 praticantes de wingfoil – é precisamente esta troca de experiências e a aprendizagem em conjunto que conferem o caráter especial aos eventos. Um instrutor de wingfoil licenciado acompanha, no máximo, 6 alunos por grupo. Caso haja apenas um ou dois participantes inscritos para uma sessão, a formação decorrerá, naturalmente, na mesma. Nesse caso, o preço total do evento será creditado num formato de formação alternativo adequado, por exemplo, num curso em curso, em aulas semiprivadas ou privadas. O valor da tua reserva é, assim, integralmente preservado. Uma vez que uma aula particular ou semiprivada tem um valor por hora mais elevado do que uma aula em grupo, devido ao acompanhamento mais intensivo, apenas o número de horas de aula poderá ser reduzido em conformidade. Assim, não pagas mais, mas recebes, em contrapartida, um treino significativamente mais personalizado.
Social programme
We offer a social programme in the evenings: restaurant visits, BBQ evenings or parties (food and drinks and entrance fees are not included in the price). We therefore recommend that you book a hotel with breakfast only.

The Casa Cook is very popular among water sports enthusiasts and is the ideal starting point for your event thanks to its central location within walking distance of the water sports beach. Modern design hotel directly on the kite beach (500m walking distance). Luxurious living for design-savvy travellers in an oasis of peace. Standard rooms or villas with their own private pool, breakfast or dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. El Gouna also has other beautiful hotels. We will be happy to advise you! Flights and accommodation are not included in the event price.

KBC Events: What You Need to Know
Our events thrive on group participation. They’re designed for at least 3 participants; typically, 6 to 14 kitesurfers or wingfoilers join together at the starting line. That’s exactly what it’s all about: learning together, watching each other, picking up tips from one another—and discussing the session and sharing experiences in the evening. We deliberately focus on the social aspect of water sports, not just the lesson itself.
Not enough participants?
If, for any reason, only one or two participants have booked a session, your training will of course still take place. We’ll then put together an equivalent alternative for you—depending on your skill level, this could include joining an ongoing beginner or advanced course, or a private or semi-private training session.
Your event price will be fully credited toward the selected option: You won’t pay any more, but you’ll receive a more intensive experience. Please understand that the duration will change accordingly—a private lesson with the instructor’s undivided attention is significantly more valuable per hour than a group lesson, so the event price will be converted into the number of hours for the respective product. The value remains the same, and experience shows that the learning curve is actually steeper.
