Front Office Manager

You are the figurehead of the centre, because our guests meet you first. You operate our booking system, organise the deployment of kite instructors and all services on site and are the first point of contact for our guests - in German, English and other foreign languages.

Intern

As an intern, you will support us in organisational activities, help with the distribution and return of material or lend a hand with the work at the spot. You will help with the day-to-day business of the kite school and gain an insight into all areas of work.

Kitesurf & Wingfoil Instructor

You are a licensed kite or wingfoil instructor, have training experience, lead all types of courses up to 6 students independently and train in German, English and other languages. If necessary, you can also look after your students after the courses and during activities on windless days. You take care of the training and rental equipment and help with all kinds of small jobs at the centre.

Most of the KBC staff at the KBC head office, as well as station managers and kite instructors at the centres, have been part of the Kiteboarding Club team for ten years or more.

Working in paradise

At KBC you work where others go on holiday. That's wonderful, but it can also be exhausting. The happiness of successfully getting your students on the board, the kitesurfing before and after your work as a kitesurfing instructor, which is not neglected, and the life directly at the kitespot reward you every day.
You also get very good conditions for your own new kite equipment. Accommodation is provided at most KBC centres. Please discuss the details with the centre manager in advance.

Combine job and passion

Kitesurfing is your everything, but you want to share your kitesurfing happiness with others and especially with your students. You know that our guests only have a few weeks of holiday per year and you manage to make them unforgettably beautiful. We admire you not for your very best tricks, but for your fairness and helpfulness on the water. You get an insight into our varied and interesting fields of activity and work independently with a lot of creative freedom. The quality of the training at KBC has top priority and we will help you at any time with questions or requests for further training. You speak fluent German and English, also in front of larger groups.

Promotion opportunities

You are not yet a qualified kite instructor? Then we will be happy to accompany and support you in your training to become a VDWS Watersports Assistant or VDWS Kite Instructor. The KBC is the forge of kite instructor training - both trainees and experienced kite instructors benefit from our many years of training experience. We offer you nice development and promotion opportunities (from trainee to kite instructor to station manager) and the chance to work in our international KBC network.
