The course encloses (according to wind condition) 2 teaching days with altogether 6 hours of lesson. To be able to practice the learned movements and to internalize, you have in the second part of the course a lot of time to practice.
In a learning group of 3 to 4 persons you learn the most important elements of ktesurfing. The equipment (two kites, a board, three/four harnesses and three/four wet suits) is included during the lesson.
Contents:
- Introduction to the equipment (boards, 4-line delta kites)
- Kite setup
- Safety procedures (Land & Water)
- Kite flying exercises
- Fundamental theory
- Water start of the kite (Relaunch)
- Body drag - downwind and upwind

Advanced course & rental package
If you would like to continue practicing on your own after the course, you can book one of our discounted packages which includes equipment rental. You have a huge variety to choose from in our rental store. These packages are always better value compared to single bookings at the station.
Unluckily we cannot guarantee you that you are ready to go kitesurfing independently and to lend material after your course. For this reason, we will gladly offer you the possibility to exchange your pre-booked equipment for further lessons.

Equipment insurance
Your kite equipment is insured during the course. However, as soon as you start training on your own, we recommend you take out insurance, e.g. the "Safety Tool" from the VDWS for only 39 euros per year. You can take out this on site - just let us know.
A new dimension of kitesurfing
There’s a well-tempered wave for beginners right on the kite beach, where you can master your new techniques quickly and safely on our top-quality wave kiteboards from the rental office. Our experienced instructors will show you how to approach and ride the wave with a kite.
Introduction into kitesurfing waves (with own gear)
3 hour lessons with own gear, 1-3 students.
Theory and practise in kitesurfing waves. This course doesn't include rental gear.
While being a student with our school if you need a transfer between Tarifa and the kitespots, we are happy to arrange it for you.

ONE-TO-ONE TUITION
One-on-one instruction is aimed at everyone who wants to make progress quickly and wish individual support by one of our kite instructors. Would you like to learn something new? Jumping, front or backroll or kiteloops? If desired, you can also book beginner classes as a 4 or 8-hour individual training, if you prefer to study alone and not in the group.
