Our guiding principle is sustainable training that optimally prepares you for independent and safe kitesurfing. In our basic course, you will learn all the important basics to get off to a safe start. In addition to exciting theory units and an introduction to equipment, the focus is primarily on practical application in the water. You will first train how to control the kite before moving on to the board. Our aim is for you to be able to continue practising independently and with a feeling of confidence after completing the course. We are committed to this with our experienced, motivated team and our excellent reputation.
Kitesurf beginners course
8-hour beginners' course on 2-3 days, 4-6 people
The right choice for all those who already have previous experience in water, snow and wind sports or who learn board sports particularly quickly.
The basic course comprises 2 to 3 days of lessons (depending on the wind) with a total of 8 lessons.
In order to practise and internalise the movements you have learned, you will have plenty of practical training time in the second part of the course. You will learn the important elements of kitesurfing in a group of 4 to 6 people. The course is designed in such a way that you can practise on your own afterwards without any danger.
During the course, the students (usually in pairs) share a kite and a board.
Contents:
- Material knowledge (boards, kites)
- Material assembly and disassembly
- Safety training (land + water)
- Flying exercises with kite
- Theoretical basics
- Water launch of the kite (relaunch)
- Bodydrags
- Waterstart with board
- Riding the first metres upwind...
If you would like a little more practical training time in the course, choose the 4-hour longer "Intensive basic course":
Intensive kitesurf beginners course
12 hours intensive beginner course on 3-5 days, 4-6 people
The right choice if you have little or no previous experience in other related sports. The intensive basic course therefore offers you 4 hours more teaching time than the normal basic course.
In the intensive basic course you have 3 to 5 days of lessons (depending on the wind) with a total of 12 lessons. In order to practise and internalise the movements you have learned, we also work with a lot of training time in the second part of the intensive basic course. You will learn the important elements of kitesurfing in a group of 4 to 6 people. During the course, the students (usually in pairs) share a kite and a board.
The course is designed in such a way that you can practise on your own afterwards without any danger.
