KBC Holland is our kite centre on the Ijsselmeer and one of our largest kite and wingfoil schools in our network of ten international water sports centres worldwide.
We are looking for you to join us as a Centre Manager from March 2025:
Your future workplace
KBC Holland offers kitesurf and wingfoil training, kitesurf & wingfoil events, individual training and hire. More than 1,000 students learn kitesurfing at KBC Holland every year. At peak times we employ 12 kite instructors. The season for our customers runs from mid-March to mid-October, for our employees it starts/ends about two weeks before/after with preparation/post-processing of the kite centre and organisation.
KBC Holland is only about 2 1/2 hours by car from the Ruhr area on the Ijsselmeer. You can expect a huge, kilometre-wide standing area with a choice of three training spots depending on the wind direction. It is ideal for training beginners in kitesurfing and wingfoiling. Our students learn in knee- to waist-deep water from our VDWS-certified team of instructors - with tried-and-tested methods, top equipment (F-ONE) and lots of fun. The proximity to the North Sea guarantees a good wind yield.
The centre is located on the Welgelegen campsite/holiday park in Workum, where staff and guests will find a very good infrastructure and a lovingly designed environment.
KBC Holland is an innovative, modern water sports centre. It is organised with the help of the water sports centre tool LEAO.
